Hi, I’m Antonia.

I'm a visionary marketing leader shaping the future of digital culture at the intersection of creators, community, commerce—and inclusion.

Throughout my career, I’ve built creator ecosystems and led global campaigns at some of the world’s most influential platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Amazon.

I worked on the launch Reels at Meta globally and spearheaded TikTok Shop’s first major US Beauty Summit, partnering with iconic brands like Rare Beauty and Benefit Cosmetics to spotlight diverse creators and drive cultural relevance.

My work has empowered hundreds of creators—particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds—while generating 500M+ in organic impressions. I’ve been featured in Business Insider, for championing equity in the creator economy and for my standout campaign work.

At the core of everything I do is a mission to reimagine influence: to elevate creators, embed inclusion into every layer of culture, and design the future of media through bold, intentional leadership.

I'm deeply passionate about championing pay transparency and equity for creators of color—because visibility without fair compensation isn't true progress.

At Meta, I helped launch We The Culture The Network, a program designed to ensure Black creators are better equipped with the education, resources, and industry connections to grow their platforms and monetize their influence—while also working to promote more inclusive, equitable partnerships across the company’s brand initiatives.

At TikTok, I’ve continued that mission through the creation of TikTok Shop Tastemakers, a curated program that elevates creators of color in the social commerce space by giving them early access to brand partnerships, educational tools, and revenue-generating opportunities.

In every role I’ve held, I’ve made it a priority to close the pay gap and build systems where creators of color are not just seen—but truly valued, empowered, and compensated for the culture they create.
